How we store your information
Disclosed only keeps your personal information for as long as is necessary for the reasons given in this privacy policy and for as long as we are required to keep it by law.
Specifically, we retain data related to job applications while the job in question is unfilled and for 6 months afterwards. Applicants can request earlier deletion of their data and will also be given the opportunity to have their CV remain in our database for future opportunities.
All personal data is stored securely within the UK or EEA using reputable cloud service providers with appropriate security certifications. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
As we work with international clients and utilize services based in other countries, your personal data may be transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA).
